Dr. Olsson volunteers his time with the Tooth Taxi.This program provides screenings, cleanings, sealants, X-rays, fillings, minor oral surgery and oral health education for Oregon’s neediest children.

Dr. Olsson participates yearly in the Give Kids A Smile Day where free dental care is provided to children in need.Give Kids A Smile’s mission is “The elimination of cavities in U.S. five year olds by 2020 through our ability to nurture, empower, and showcase community based prevention and care programs.”
Gorge Dental is a Gold Level sponsor of the Cooper Spur Race Team (CSRT). Sponsorship of the team makes it possible for Gorge youth to enjoy a fun and healthy activity. Dr. Olsson said, "Gorge Dental is excited to support such an outstanding ski racing program in our own community. CSRT members not only learn to ski race but also develop important life skills and values which will serve them well in life."

TheSecond Annual Earth Day Super Commuter Freestyle Bike Race was a great way to get on a bike and meet new friends. One of the tour stops was Gorge Dental, where Dr. Andrew Olsson challenged participants tobrush their teeth for two minutes before continuing their bicycle commute to the next local business. We enjoyed meeting new friends, and seeing their clean smiles when they left!

Mid Valley Elementary Blossom Boogie & Harvest Hustle Sponsor

Gorge Dental is pleased to support our local elementary school and their PTO by sponsoring their Blossom Boogie and Harvest Hustle runs which take place in April and October each year.Participants choose to compete in the 5 K run/walk, 10K run/walk, or ½ mile Kids run/walk.

Hood River Parks and Recreation

Look for Gorge Dental’s banner at the Hood River Aquatic Center.Donations from Gorge Dental are used to supply the aquatic center with water toys for childrenand adults to enjoy.
